Lake Mead to Flagstaff

What happened to us in Vegas needs to stay in Vegas for sure. We arrived Monday night
and I was not feeling great when we got there. I spent all day Tuesday and most of Wednesday sick in bed. Debi can down with the same thing Wednesday and spent all day Thursday in bed and was not doing well when we checked out this morning. We are both less than 100% but improving. We did a quick tour of Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Since the area was packed with tourist and we were still under the weather we did a drive by tour. After Hoover Dam we turned south through the Sacramento Valley to Kingman Az. Next we turned east on OLD US 66 through the Hualapai Valley. This drive looked like it was cut from the Disney movie Cars. We landed in Flagstaff for the night. After checking in and unloading we discover there is 18 inches of snow in the forecast for tonight and Saturday - YUCK. We hope to be able to get on the interstate and head south as soon as its safe. If we can make it 140 miles south to Phoenix we can get out of the snow.
