I attended the Convention on Tuesday then after some meetings on Wednesday morning we checked out and ventured off to see a bit of the Rockies.
We certainly did not get to see as much of the Rockies as we would have liked.
It will require a return trip.
We returned to NOLA on Thursday the 25th then drove back to Lafayette.
Back in the office on Friday the 26th.
Saturday September 27th the Tigers hosted the New Mexico State Aggie's.
Again the first quarter was not fun to watch but the Tiger prevailed 63 to 7.
This was a special night for us as the University recognized us for our efforts over the years to fund an athletic scholarship. Once funded we were able to choose a former player as our Scholarship Honoree.
We selected Mr. Charles Alexander.
Before the game Sara, Mick, Peter, Debi and I walked out to midfield with Charles, his Wife, Daughter, Son-in-law and Granddaughter for the presentation.
