Mississippi Gulf Coast Big Game Fishing Club
The trip was rescheduled for this past Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Tommy Pinion was able to fill in for Nathan.
The boat was docked at Orange Beach Marina in Alabama. Tommy and I met David and the crew at the Captains meeting Wednesday evening at the Palace Casino in Biloxi Mississippi. Thursday morning we departed Biloxi and drove east to Orange Beach Marina.
Our plan was to ready the boat and gear, shop for provisions and depart the Marina in the early evening, travel 60+ miles south-southeast and be lines in at midnight. We would fish until Saturday evening the return to Biloxi. The weather did not cooperate so we spent the next three days sitting at the dock. The few boats that did attempt a trip limped back to port with no fish and a very weary crew.
Below are a few photos of our weekend at Orange Beach Marina.

Orange Beach Marina is home to many VERY nice boats. Here are a few photos.
After three days of sitting at the dock with high seas offshore, we had enough. The crew of My Girls took the protected waters of the intercostal from Orange Beach to Mobile Bay then on to Biloxi Mississippi.
